SentinelMind is a personal wellbeing tool that helps you understand your daily patterns and share a wellbeing summary with people you trust. The platform consists of a mobile app for daily check-ins and sharing with your support circle. SentinelMind is operated by a Danish company registered under CVR 46029895.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may only use SentinelMind for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Misuse the platform for purposes unrelated to personal wellbeing.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data.
  • Share login credentials or grant unauthorized individuals access.

4. Disclaimer

SentinelMind is a personal wellbeing tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Always contact a healthcare professional for urgent needs. Call 112 in emergencies.

5. Data and privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy. All data processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR and Danish legislation. You retain ownership of your data and can request export or deletion at any time.

6. Account termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your personally identifiable data will be permanently deleted, unless legislation requires retention for a specified period. SentinelMind reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notification in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
