2. What data we collect

We collect data in two categories:

Self-reported data: Mood, anxiety, stress, and sleep quality (scale 1–7), actively entered by you through daily check-ins.
Automatic signals: Steps, activity levels, and sleep data collected from your phone's health platform — only with explicit consent.

3. Consent

All data processing is consent-based. You give explicit consent before data is collected. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, after which data processing ceases.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Export your data
Delete your data
Withdraw consent

All requests can be submitted directly via the app or by contacting us.

5. Data security

Your data is encrypted locally on your device using industry-standard methods. All communication is encrypted. All access to data is logged in an immutable audit log.

6. Data retention

Audit logs are retained for 365 days. Completed system processes are cleared after 30 days. Upon deletion request, all personally identifiable data is permanently removed.
